You will be contacted via a separate email with instructions on how to send payment to Beacon Soccer Club to finalize your Company's Sponsorship.

Beacon Soccer Club will accommodate as many requests as possible for League / Team assignment and Shirt Color. Teams and colors will be assigned in order the sponsorships are received and are limited to match the size of each team and league. Please note any special requests in the form above.
